Lyudmila Rakita was born in Kiev, Ukraine and emigrated to America with her family in 1990, where she studied to become a psychiatrist. Art has been an essential part of her life for many years. What started as a hobby has developed into a therapeutic obsession providing healing for herself, as well as her patients.
