Room Rental $75.00 per hour
Gallery Docent(s) – as necessary $37.50 per hour per docent
Per event as required by Gallery management
Additional Security $37.50 per hour per person
Per event as required by management
Tables – various sizes to accommodate the room $10.00 each
With complimentary white table linens
Chairs – folding white Samsonite guest chairs $1.00 each
Banquet chairs $1.50 each

Microphone(s) $25.00 each

 

Non-refundable deposits of 50% are required to book and confirm events.
Balances are due in full, before set-up, on the day of the event. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.

Operating Rules/Parameters
  • Ice must be kept in hard shell insulated coolers
  • Clients may decorate their table tops only
  • Walls, Columns, Beams, Ceiling, Pipes, Windows, and Doors are not to be touched
  • You may use one free-standing photo backdrop
  • Backdrop not taller than 7’ and not wider than 8’
  • Glitter, Sand, Pebbles, Confetti, Smoke and Fog Machines are strictly forbidden
  • Food may be sold only with a 1-day food service permit from the Board of Health
  • Open Flames of any type are strictly forbidden

There is a parking lot on site.

Gallery 33 is suitable for up to 50 Guests for a dinner presentation with tables, and chairs
including buffet and beverage stations.
Gallery 33 is suitable for up to 70 Guests for an auditorium presentation with a beverage station.
House retains final authority over required event and security staffing

Please work closely with our booking and event team to ensure a well-thought-out and seamless event for your guests. We recommend an introductory tour and talk well before projected event dates.

Alcohol may not be served, offered, or consumed on the premises without a special one-day
liquor license from the city of Brockton, a certificate of liquor liability insurance indemnifying
Brockton Arts and Affordable Properties LLC, and a TIPS-certified bartender – documents on file with Brockton Arts and Stacy Adams management.

Please schedule ample time for set-up, event, and clean-up – working closely with our booking
team to ensure a well-thought-out and seamless event for your guests.

We recommend that you tour and talk well before the projected event date to introduce the
space to our clients and their party planners. This conversation may include caterers, DJs, and
performers.

IT & Sound: from $300 per event

before an event should unload at the designated Gallery Entrance on Centre Street. Vehicles
