Brockton Poetry Series featuring Kaleigh O’Keefe

Brockton Poetry Series featuring Kaleigh O’Keefe

On Tuesday, January 24th, Brockton Poetry Series welcomes Kaeligh O’Keefe!

Kaleigh O’Keefe is a queer and gender non-conforming poet, visual artist, musician, photographer, designer, educator, organizer, antique frame restorer, founding member of Flatline Poetry and Strength of Doves Productions, and the only performer in Boston to host a series of open mics while wearing footy pajamas. With Flatline, Kaleigh has performed at the United Nations Headquarters in NYC, TEDx Vail, and was among the first poets to perform on Boston Pride’s main stage. Kaleigh’s work has been published in Oddball Magazine and Radius Lit Mag, and is forthcoming in University of Hell Press.  When not behind a mic, you can probably find Kaleigh reading radical feminist comic books, quoting communists, or chillin’ with cats.
